How to Order

We want to make ordering with Hanoverhouse.co.uk as simple as possible for you.

Step 1 - Choose your product. Step 2 Call 01202 382748 for a quote and order. Step 3 Just wait for the delivery man

Please remember we require five working days from placing your order to dispatch. If engraving is required we will advise on dispatch dates when you contact us, but ideally we like to have a minimum of seven working days.

You can order by email info@hanoverhouse.co.uk or over the telephone 01202 382748, either way payment will be required before the order is dispatched.

If after viewing the products you still require further information please do not hesitate to contact us via the phone or email. This is especially important if you require engraving or plates for a perpetual trophy.

Delivery

UK standard delivery will ensure your order is received within 5 working days from payment. Our trophies are sent using Parcelforce or Royal Mail (which ever is the most cost effective), who will deliver between 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. They will not leave parcels without a signature.

UK next working day delivery is available for an additional cost. The order and payment must be received by 12 noon and will be dispatched for delivery on the next working day.

Overseas delivery to the rest of the world will be dispatched by courier within 5 working days using Parcelforce who deliver to the rest of the world outside of the UK. The transit time will vary depending upon the destination but anticipate approximately 3 working days (across the EC) to 5 working days for delivery. Further advice can be provided when placing the order.

Step-by-step guide to ordering

  • 1. When you have selected the item(s) you require send the quantity and the code number(s) of each product you wish to purchase in an email, or make a note prior to telephoning.
  • 2. If you DO NOT require any engraving please proceed to step 4
  • 3. If you DO require engraving please go to the engraving page to ensure you have all the information required when placing the order even if other details are to be sent at a later date. Our experience would suggest that deciding what engraving you require before placing the order will save you lots of time. A quotation can then be provided when the order is placed.
  • 4. Select delivery method. If you have any special delivery requirements please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.
  • 5. Prior to placing the order please note that for your security we strongly recommend that delivery should be to the same address at which the credit card that you will be using is registered.

Payment methods

We accept most payment credit cards including Maestro, Delta Visa, Visa, MasterCard and Solo with payment taken via a Secure Streamline Machine. If you are purchasing from abroad remember that we will bill in Sterling, if you are paying by credit card your card issuer will convert into your local currency. You can also pay by International Money Order, provided it is in Sterling and drawn on a UK bank or you can pay by Electronic Transfer or BACS. If you require any of these options then please inform us when placing the order.

VAT

VAT has been added to all applicable goods at the current rate of 20%, where the goods are to be delivered in the UK or EC countries. All goods despatched to non EC countries will not incur UK VAT. If you are a business within the EC and you have a valid EC VAT number then we can send goods without the VAT charged provided your EC VAT number is validated.
